We love babies! Connie makes little Joy feel loved. As we do our best to preserve this endangered breed, the babies seem to be even more special. The future of the breed rests in her, and other young fillies. We are doing our best to breed good stock and show them to the world. It is important to us to show not only the work ethic, but their endearing personalities as well.

Bree, our 3-year old, is doing very well with her training. Sure, we still have a few issues, but she is doing very well. She has been worked in a team on both the right and left side. She is working single in shafts for the first time in the photo above. She will make a fine workhorse some day. Three years ago, she was a little foal, bugging us for pats, scratches and a little love. Soon, she will be an integral piece in our farm operation, but better still, she will be a momma to a foal of her own.

Next May …. Hank and Bree will share a foal. The future looks bright and we couldn’t be happier. Like I said… We Love Babies :o)
