A beautiful sky

     I have heard that saying quite often, “The sky’s the limit”. I guess whomever said that is correct. If you put your mind to something, nothing will hold you back. Dream big, reach for the stars, keep your goals in sight and just go for it!

 

     A long time ago perhaps 35 years or so, I wondered what I’d be when I grew up. I studied hard and prayed about it. I kept coming up with wanting to be a farmer. Many people put road blocks in my way, but alas 35 years later and I am sure enough a farmer. I do have an off farm job, but I am a farmer none the less.

 

     I was born to do this. I don’t want to think about not having animals and crops around me. I want my fingers in this until I die. In fact I really think that if I didn’t have my farm I would die. I have a stressful job and this place is my therapy, my home and my heaven on Earth.

 

     Do not give up on your dreams. Keep them always in sight … after all… the sky is the limit!
