King and I waiting out the storm

Cold, wind and snow have been the order of the last two days. The weatherman says at least one more day of it, with 5-10 more inches of snow forecasted. Chores are all done. The animals are well fed and snug in their pens and barns. King and I will wait out the storm. Our work will wait for nicer days!

The drive plowing took 3 hours today. It only made a partial difference. Snow is falling fast covering up our efforts. No big deal. It’s winter here and we get snow. It’s just that last year and most of this year have been very mild. I like this old fashioned stuff. I love winter 😮

Tea, conversation and rest is the order of the day… I hope you find some of all of it.
