The little colt in the photo above is our stallion Hank’s baby picture. We bought him as a weanling at 6 months old. He and I are pals. I spend time with him every day. He is broke to work and gets along with his mares. He is also the foundation of our breeding program. He is now six years old.

Here we were getting a bath. He takes it all in stride. We spent a little extra time, because we were getting a photoshoot done of Hank in a few days.

His attitude is amazing. He truly is a gentle giant.

Tight quarters, but he knows it is alright if I ask him to do it.

He is like me, looking towards the future!

He is a carefree guy with a great outlook on life. We are expecting 6 of his babies this spring here on the farm. The Suffolk breed is well represented by him. I am proud of him all grown up. I look forward to our future and the future of the Suffolk Punch breed. He truly is a blessing to us.
