We welcomed this little guy in the wee hours of the morning of the 14th. We named him Jaime. Stout little fellow. Mom, Amee, and he are doing well.

Born at 1:30 am. He was very strong right from the start. He was up and nursing fairly quickly. Boys seem to take longer to find the teat, but once he found them, he has been hooked!

He is of good size. Makes you wonder how he fit inside his mother. A good alert headset and a kind eye. Just the type I like!

Out on pasture with mom, 8 hours after being born. His 1/2 sister Joy and 1/2 sister Maggee, look on checking out our new addition.

We have 5 more mares to go this season. It is an exciting, scary time. We are praying for a successful year for moms and babies alike.
