Riceland Meadows Sandee (pending) was born last Sunday. This is her newborn picture. She is a feisty little girl. We like her a lot. Her mom is Lakeview Amee, one of our best mares.
A little more foal spam :o)
This is our first foal of 2026. The season of foaling has now started for us. We look forward to a few more, mixed in with some short nights! The moms all seem to prefer the quiet and dark.
Sunshine and mother’s milk, makes them grow fast. We keep a close eye on them both as they graze and play.
Spring work looms once the mud dries a bit more. In the meantime we will keep up on chores, train young horses and wait on more babies.
